This is one of the best books on personalities I've seen. Gives a wonderful breakdown of personalities, historically, what it means for us personally, and in the world. A lot of information with real life application. Could have used a lot less of the author talking about herself and how much of a popular she is when she's in the middle of discussing the Powerful groups.
